During the Frescobaldi private dinner event,
Stefano Benini, Vice President of Frescobaldi and a 30th-generation member of the Frescobaldi family,
attended in person to introduce the brand’s key wines to a carefully selected group of F&B professionals and influencers.
Through his welcome remarks and wine presentations,
he guided guests through the distinctive character of Frescobaldi’s estates and the depth of its winemaking heritage.

 

The dinner was held at the Chef’s Table of the Ambassador Pullman Hotel in Seoul, led by Head Chef Jong-Cheol Shin.
Chef Shin presented a thoughtfully composed pairing menu,
carefully designed to complement the structure, balance, and elegance of Frescobaldi wines.
His refined culinary approach created a natural harmony
between the wines and the cuisine, enhancing the overall dining experience.

 

Designed as an intimate and immersive brand experience,
the evening focused on allowing guests to experience Frescobaldi’s most representative wines in an elevated yet relaxed setting.
By bringing together heritage-driven wines and carefully crafted pairings,
the event offered a meaningful opportunity for key tastemakers to engage with Frescobaldi’s identity and its natural affinity with fine dining.
